1. Pertama adalah grafis game ini lebih realistis. Game ini menggunakan engine grafis  Frostbite 2.0 yang juga digunakan dalam Battlefield 3.
2. Kedua adalah kita tidak bisa modif mobil yang ada, hanya mengubah warna mobil.

Need For Speed: The Run menurut saya mirip sama Burnout dan Split/Second. Tentu dalam game ini kita juga disuguhi adegan kejar-kejaran sama polisi.

Minimum System Requirements:

1. Operating System: Windows Vista / Windows 7 (Windows XP - not supported)
2. Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 3 GHz or equivalent AMD
3. Memory: 1 GB (2 GB for Vista Windows 7)

6. Free space on HDD: 18 GB of free space

PS: Setup game ini memakan waktu sangat lama. Maklum game 18 GB di repack ke 4 GB
